I walked through the confusion and overwhelm for years until I started to take baby freaking steps toward a full, holistic approach to abundance and finding my joy in the simplest things in life.
After almost dying due to a TBI, I made a radical life change and CHOSE TO LIVE MY HAPPIEST LIFE.
I created a roadmap that took me from the depths of hell, all the way to living a life beyond my wildest dreams!
By following my signature 4 -Pillars to Abundance, everything started to happen.
I've been there
After a life-changing traumatic brain injury followed quickly by a divorce, and the end of my surfing career, I was at rock bottom. I had to stop surfing, I moved from Hawaii to Austin to seek medical treatments, and I was depressed, and lost. I let go of my successful coaching career (as I wasn't in a good place, and I couldn't really help others). I was doing the most random jobs you can imagine (I can’t wait to share all the stories!).
I found myself living at my mother’s apartment at the age of 38, broke, jobless, single, and in incredible physical pain.
Nothing was like the life I envisioned for myself.
In all those years, I’ve focused on healing all of myself: from healing my body to healing my emotions to changing the way I talked to myself, to connecting to my Soul to make enormous shifts.
I started loving all of me: the super dark parts of me that were confused and depressed, as well as the bubbly, joyful parts of me, that made me ME!
As I filled myself up, I started to find happiness, and then… all my dreams came true! This time there was no push, no intentionally manifesting, none of that! By filling myself to overflow, I tapped into the Abundance that I always wanted to experience in my life.
Guess what happened?
A wonderful man (Leo!) came into my life. A beautiful puppy (Jimbo!) filled my days with joy. A little baby joined our small family (Fede!). And life took me back to where I am happiest: the ocean. My health is back and I am able to surf daily these little, fun (and harmless) waves.
We moved to our dream home on the coast of Texas. We've built a business together that made us $250K in profit in just one year! I returned to my coaching practice with a wisdom that I didn't have before my accident, and I now help hundreds of women expand into their most abundant lives.
We raise our son as we both work from home, and we enjoy our beach life to the fullest!
The best part? We get on a plane on short notice when we see that the waves are good in Costa Rica and we surf our brains out and work remotely during our trips!

Purchased sessions, services, masterminds, courses, and programs are non-refundable.
If you purchase the mastermind experience and you miss live classes, workouts, meditations, etc. your money won't be refunded. Everything will be recorded so you can access it during the duration of the program purchased.
This is not suited for women who had gone through recent loss nor is crisis care, counseling, or therapy. This mastermind provides help through transformational & abundance mindset coaching.

FAQ'S
What's the duration of the Mastermind?
The Mastermind is a 4-month program. From your start date, you will have 4 months to immerse yourself in this life-changing experience so you can really see lasting changes in your life.
What happens if I miss a class/event?
No problem! Everything will be recorded and you will be able to watch every single session on your own time.
What is the schedule of the classes/events?
We have Mermaids joining us from all over the world and different time zones, therefore we are providing a dynamic schedule that has different days and times so you can find at least one activity that you can join live! Check our calendar schedule here!
Aside from our Monday Coaching Call with Mercedes, you will get an extra weekly call during the first 3 weeks of each month, called the Impromptu Coaching Call. This is a coaching call by the end of the week of around 30 minutes to get extra momentum before the week ends. I try to run these calls at different times for those mermaids who were not able to attend our Monday call, in order to give them more options to join live. You can always submit your questions in advance of a call if you won't be able to attend.
I work during the coaching times, should I join the Mastermind anyway?
Absolutely! Everything will be recorded so you can watch it later. You can submit any coaching questions beforehand in our private Facebook group and I will answer them for you during the coaching sessions or on a separate video!
I'm very busy these days, should I wait until my life gets less hectic to join the mastermind?
I get you, mermaid! Life is busy for most of us, talk about balancing motherhood, career, relationships, health, etc.
This is the thing: I've noticed that several mermaids who joined the mastermind at a hectic time of their lives have found that by being in the mastermind, they were able to navigate those hectic times in a much smoother way than if they didn't join.
They had the tools, support, coaching, and sisterhood to lean on during difficult times. That made the process much shorter and they could get centered and aligned much faster.
If you can commit to a minimum of 1-2 monthly coaching calls with me (between the Monday and the Impromptu Calls you will find a time), and go through the Imperfect & Abundant modules slowly (they are around 30 minutes each, and you could do one module every 2 weeks), you will see your life transform and get your money's worth.
Baby steps win the race, and each call facilitates the opening for a massive breakthrough so you can move into the next step in your life.
There's never going to be a perfect time to join, so follow what your heart desires, and go with the flow of the "imperfect" time to join! :)
Are the live classes/events mandatory?
Nothing is mandatory in this Mastermind. I suggest that you watch the recordings at your own pace and interact in our private Facebook group to make the most out of this Mastermind.
Do I have to do everything that you offer (nutrition, workouts, healing & abundance mindset work)?
You can do as much or as little as you'd like!
We offer you 4 daily pillars to transform your life, and as long as you take gentle, baby steps, you will see incredible changes that will make you feel happier, more connected with yourself, and lighter! In just a few minutes a day, you will get the step-by-step process to ensure you are moving forward with your goals. There is no exam to pass and as long as you show up (imperfectly) you'll love this experience and will get incredible results!
Do we get 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Mercedes in this Mastermind?
All of my coaching sessions are done in a group setting. You can ask your questions in the live classes, or before the class, and I will answer live, or on a special video made just for you!
I will also offer 3 times a month "impromptu coaching sessions" on top of the group coaching sessions, from the private Facebook group.
Depending on who is present at the time, you may get me all for yourself for 15-30 minutes! No matter the scenario, you will be supported in this group setting.
I'd like to work 1:1 with Mercedes, can I do that?
